Drive from Manali to Dhundi (9,400 ft) & Trek to Palchhani Thatch (10,500 ft)
Drive: 1.5 hours | Trek: 3 hours, ~5 km

Day : 2
Palchhani Thatch to Lohali (11,800 ft)
Trek: 4 hours, ~4 km
The trail narrows as we gain altitude, leaving behind the last trees. We hike past boulder fields, streams, and occasional snow bridges depending on the season. Lohali is a raw, windswept campsite with stunning views of Hanuman Tibba and Shitidhar — a perfect base before heading to the kund.

Day : 3
Trek Back to Barshaini & Drive to Kasol
Trek: 6–7 hours, ~10 km (round trip)
An early start takes us on a rocky, high-altitude trail toward Beas Kund. The final stretch feels like stepping into another realm — barren, glacial, and completely still. The lake itself is small and sacred, surrounded by snow and silence. After spending time by its edge, we retrace our steps back to Lohali for one last night under the stars.

Day : 3
Lohali to Dhundi & Drive to Manali
Trek: 3 hours, ~5 km | Drive: 1.5 hours
We descend through the same lush valley that welcomed us on Day 1. The peaks now look familiar, the river a little more personal. Once at Dhundi, a short drive brings us back to Manali — tired legs, full hearts, and phones full of photos. Note: Add a buffer day for weather delays or to explore Manali post-trek!
